The Treaty of Mar Sara

Terran Confederacy and the United Federation agree to form a military alliance based upon agreements set forth by this treaty. This treaty will go into full effect upon the ratification of the Confederate Council and the Federation Council.

Article One: Military Aid

Section One: Should the Terran Confederacy require the aid of the United Federation for military purposes for offensive and defensive purposes the United Federation Marine Corp will be required to give immediate assistance no matter what the situation is.

Section Two: Should the United Federation require the aid of the Terran Confederacy for offensive and defensive purposes the Terran Confederacy Marine Corp will be required to give immediate assistance no matter what the siutation is.

Section Three: In addition to the first and second sections offensive purposes are not a requirement but can be requested.

Article Two: Intelligence Information

Section One: The Terran Confederacy and the United Federation are required to share any and all intelligence information that is vital to security of either or both clans.

Section Two: No intelligence agents or agency from either clan is allowed by law to do covert operation or any other operation within either clan.

Article Three: Alliances

Section One: Both the Terran Confederacy and the United Federation are allowed to make and join alliances with other clans.

Section Two: Military alliances must be approved by the other clan at all times.

Section Three: The Terran Confederacy and the United Federation will both join and/or remain with the United Clans.

Section Four: This alliance is everlasting unless both the councils of the Terran Confederacy and the United Federation vote in favor of disbandment.
