TREATY OF SUPPORT UNDER THE\ TERRAN CONFEDERACY May 20, 1999 The $Bloodclot~Clan$ hereby declares an alliance with the Terran Confederacy under these conditions:

I. The $Bloodclot~Clan$ and all of its members shall abide by this treaty in its entirety as well as the members of the Terran Confederacy.

II. The $Bloodclot~Clan$ will support the Terran Confederacy in time of war no matter the cost to its people.

III. The $Bloodclot~Clan$will refrain from any activity towards the Terran Confederacy which it deems as a threat under its constitution and the Terran Confederacy will do the same towards the $Bloodclot~Clan$

IV. The Terran Confederacy will deem the $Bloodclot~Clan$ an individually governed body and will respect its privacy in matters of interclan rituals and rules. We will govern ourselves as you will yourselves. V. The $Bloodclot~Clan$ may count on the Terran Confederacy in times of war and for help in matters dealing with outside offenders which mean us harm to our well being or to our websites or territories.VI. The $Bloodclot~Clan$ shall have a seat on the Terann Confederacy's senate.

VII. These laws are constitutional and binding, any deviation from this path of trust will be deemed an act of war.

They are looking for military backup now that we know that they are in the Total War Network and they want us to turn against the Borg whom we are on good terms with right now. "The Bloodclot Clan did make acts of war against us recently so why would we sign a full treaty with them. I can understand signing an agreement to end the tensions betwen us but not a military pact especially since Intel said that the Bloodclots were an active member of the Total War Network. We do have allies thre that we would hate to lose if we didnt have to. If denying this treaty means war with the Bloodclot Clan then so be it."
