CHARGES: The Confederate Marine Corps charges Lt. Tom Fleming of treason, abuse of power, and disobeying orders.

RESULT: Confederate Marine Corps wins!

SENTANCE: loss of ability to retire, loss of rank, forced resignation from the Confederate Marine Corps, and public exile

COMMENTS:

"Lt. Fleming violated Confederate law and orders by advancing his combat team into territory which was by temporary treaty forbidden for any military personel. He also secretly transferred intelligence information to foreign powers. He also is convicted upon the Hack Charge, which forbids any Confederate citizen from using hacks on Battle.net. I ask not for ending a fellow Confederate's career; I ask for justice in this situation which clearly is under Confederate and Intergalactic Law illegal and I trust in our courts that a decision will be made for the better of the Confederacy!"

"From the previous testimony and evidence I have but no choice than to find Lt. Fleming guilty as charged. He indeed did violate an order from a superior officer and forced the soldiers under his command into the neutral zone which was prohibited for all Confederate military personel. Evidence also proves you guilty of treason. The title of collaborator will be placed upon your once so glorious name. As penalty for your crimes against the state, I revoke your ability to retire permanently, you will lose your current command and rank, you will be forced to resign fom the Confederate Marine Corps, and lastly I sentance you to public exile. From this day forward your battle.net name will carry no honor, glory, nor command. Any clan we find you with will be notified that you are in fact a spy and that your sole purpose is to gain control of the clan. The Confederate Marine Corps will be given a shoot on site order should they find you anywhere on battle.net. Your career with this clan and any other clan is over Fleming. In the presence of god, and your brother the Commander in Chief, I make these sentences official and order them to be carried out immediately."
