This episode is set in Missoula, Montana,Ned Bell's hometown. It seems that one of Ned's old friends is haunted by a tragic accident that occured thirty-five years ago when he and Ned were kids. Jack is absent from this episode. He's off visiting his long-distance girlfriend Gabe. (I love a show with continuity.) Carey has to fill in as a surrogate big brother for Fiona and does the protective thing well. Fi, meanwhile, is making Molly miserable by refusing to talk to her. Seems Fi is ticked that her mom kept her dad's interest in the paranormal a secret from her. (Again, I love a show with continuity.)
