Vindicator front view, note the rebuilt section below the cuppola and the new hull section below the main gun.
Vindicator back view, the rear plate has had a strip of metal removed to make it fit the new back.
Vindicator top view, you can see most of the changes here, the fan plate at the back has been turned armound to look more like the epec 40K version.
Vindicator bottom view, the two round holes and the large hatch were patched and a new section added to the rear.
Vindicator left view, note the stowage box and the larger exaust system. Note also the side armour plates have had the angle cut of the top.
Vindicator right view, note the ladder grips at the top which had to be cut back before the plate's angled section could be cut away. The grills were removed and filed flat.
The larger exausts are made from waste plastic sprue which had a clinderical shape. Many holes where carefully drilled using a pin vice and a 2mm bit. I started with a long one that comes in from the top (to prevent drilling all the way through latter). Next rows of holes were drilled in from the sides into the center hole. Once all the holes were drilled a piece of hollow brassrod was inserted into the top and glued in place. The brass rod was bent a small section at a time using a small pair of pliers.
