I love music, noise, and the sound of surface mount technology. So maybe some of this will spike your curiousity. Here is a page dedicated to the music I find enjoyable from a 300+ cd collection Stacey (my woman) and I have amassed. Below is a list of some of the highlights. Toad the wet sprocket - fear. "I will not take these things for granted" will make you cry.
NIN - pretty hate machine. key song to listen for: "ringfinger" (interesting way of playing with the digital bars as they bounce from left to right)
Catherine Wheel - happy days. "Eat my dust you insensitve" is funny, and "little muscle" is a great song as well.
Sting - Ten summoners tales. "Shape of my heart" can also be heard in the movie the professional. "Fields of gold" is perfectly depicted by the mood and selection of words...
Seal - self titled. "Crazy" is on my homepage.
Blue Oyster Cult (BOC) - Agents of Fortune. "Don't Fear the Reaper" a classic!
Marrilion - Space. "Space" this song is stunning as it builds up in power.
Peter Murphy - Cascade. "Sails wave goodbye" reminds me of an old friend. "I'll fall with your knife" will make you think.
Chumbawamba - Tubthumper. "Tubthumping" should be the theme song to Fantasy Quest.
Ministry - a mind is a terrible thing to taste. "thieves" this is a crazy one!
