You walk down another newly-worn path. You hear a strange flute-like music coming from a grassy hill. You walk faster, wondering who's playing.
You come to the hill, and look down on the smallish valley. Down, with some sort of instrument, is a brown appy equine.
You walk down and notice the wind in time with the music. You see a pond and fish are jumping in time to the player's beat. Strange...
The musician plays, and she happens to look over the shoulder to you. She finishes the note, and lets the flute drop around her neck. She bows fluidly.
"Nisri. I am Lih'rahla. Did you enjoy the song?"
You nod.
She jingles her horn-rings. "Then I am glad. I am a Rakishi. I have been lost, for more days than I can count. Azera, our kind's keeper, found me. And The Winged One was kind enough to let me stay with her." She snorts. "Our homeland was destroyed when I was but young, and I have wandered. Lost..."
She shakes her head in rememberance. "Please excuse me..." she says, and picks up her flute agains and begins to play, ignoring you.
