Tacka'auno

You come to the familiar clearing that is the creature's home. You hear a small, young voice coming your way.

"Get back here!"

A palamino Mare comes bounding in, chasing after a butterfly. She leaps at it, misses, trips and stumbles. She gets her footing back and runs after the butterfly again. The butterfly flies up and over your head. The Mare jumps after it, landing on your chest, knocking you over.

"AHHH!"

The mare spreads bright wings and soars over your head gracefully. She lands behind ypu, whirls, and gives you a look.

"That was my butterfly. You let it get away!" she accuses.

"Huh?"

"Oh, silly Wanderer!! You let my butterfly get away! I was trying to catch it! They make very nice pets!" She snorts at you.

You stand, and she fluffs her wings. "I like your wings."

She turns around and spreads them, swishing her tail. "They are nice. My Dam, Kefchi has wings. She also named me...My name is Tacka'auno by the way, it means Sun Shine in my native tongue. I am a Varia, Varian if you're talking about more than one of us."

Another butterfly flits past. Tacka'auno's eyes lock on it, and when it flies behind her, she takes off after it, leaving you alone in the field.
