Powers: Paulette has no super human powers, however she is an expert marksman.

Paulette Brazee was the lover of Lieutenant John Watkins and, after his death she took over the mantel of Citizen V and continued the fight against countries who would ruin the changes of peace even after the end of the Second World War. Paulette continued as Citizen V (II) until her son was old enough to take over the role from his mother. (Note that it's unclear whether or not Paulette died in action or retired and died naturally at the current time).
