After Green Arrow gets mugged by some doped up teenagers, Green Lantern and Green Arrow do some investigating and discover the supplier. They are beaten by a cheap shot. Speedy gets them out of their before the cops come and go back to Green Arrows place. Green Arrow gives a whole rhetoric of why people do drugs, Speedy gives a rhetorical answer, but is odd. Green arrow goes to cook some chilly and goes to offer Speedy some but finds Speedy shooting up. Green arrow is flabbergasted and Speedy says "Who do you think I was talking about".
