The heroes of Earth launch an all out assault on Thanos in order to wrestle the Infinity Jems from him. Thanos isn’t even slowed down by the heavy hitters (Hulk, Thor, Drax).
Even Adam Warlock is taken by surprise when the berserker Wolverine catches Thanos by surprise and strikes a deathblow. Unfortunately, Wolvie’s power level is to small and Thanos tosses him aside.
