In (what should have been) the final battle between the X-Men and Magneto, Magneto riped the admantium out of Wolverine
After Wolve healed, he wanted to see if he could still hold his own in a fight. Wolvie popped his claws out of reflex. He had boneclaws. BONECLAWS!!! He should not have had claws at all.
