Cultural Differences

Number three in the ‘Laff meets Maxted’ series from Blue Eyes Wolf addresses an age-old quandary of animal anthropomorphism. Namely: “Why do some cartoon animals wear trousers, while others conceal their lower potions with precisely nothing?” Fans of Talespin should know what I’m on about here; given that pretty much every character in the show was wearing leg-coverings of some description, why did no-one ever remark upon the fact that Baloo was always wandering about in nothing but a yellow shirt? Personally I’ve no idea, and it doesn’t look as though these two are any closer to figuring it out either, but hey, it makes for a jolly funny image.
