PHANTOM
CUTOUT STAND
Released as a promotional tool in 1996, the cardboard cutout
of our favourite hero was a well sought after collectable
(and still would be - I'd say). It is full size (about 6'
- 180cm) and there were two pouches to place Phantom comics.
Most
newsagents raffled or sold theirs, but some kind natured
ones gave them away (that was my reward for putting my newsagents
children through school after buying comics there for over
6 years).
