CONCEPTUAL SCENE DESCRIPTIONS

This model of a circular canyon is the location for the outpost station. The station is extremely large, and the canyon is a part of it. The walls of the canyon have several openings for gates, door, spaceship hangers, windows, and things of that nature. It also extends deep underground, to the molten core of the planet. The canyon is located in a flat area but is surrounded by large mountains. It is likely that the canyon itself is man-made. *UPDATE* The station has been completely written out of the story, and has been replaced with the yet-to-be-named City of the Sith.

These are some early designs for a new X-Wing fighter. They are located in a hanger in the station, and hang from overhead while in the hanger, like Tie fighters. If you could make a sketch of the hanger with the ships, that would be great. *UPDATE* The battle sequence where these fighters where planned to appear will now take place in the sequel movie, but may be seen briefly in a short scene in the initial film.

These, of course, are the costume designs for the Jedi and the Sith of the movie. They were designed by Hermes Bareto III.

There will be two duels. In the first, Darth Apollyon will be wearing the mask, in the second, his mask will be removed. The first duel takes place on exterior portions of the station, a tower with a bridge that dead ends. The second duel will take place in the lower levels of the station, near the core of the planet. Lots of gangplanks and bottemless pits here, as well as molten pits. *Update* Some changes in the duels, but still essentially the same. The duel in the core (which will now be at the Volcano's core rather then the planet's core will take place in the sequel, also, there will be minor duels with other Sith Doppelgängers in addition to the duels with Darth Apollyon.

This is the design for Darth Apollyon's doublesaber (based upon Exar Kun's doublesaber, but made longer, like Darth Maul's saber):
