She smiles, evilly. "Your questions will be answered as soon as possible. As for your suggestions, we promise to review them all, and take appropiate actions." She tries to continue, but can't overcome by a sudden fit of giggling. Graylect stops on her paw. "Ow!" She screeches, then turns back to you. "Fine, we promise to look at them all. So share your views, and hope that we have it in our generous hearts to review them." She covers her snout with a paw, and sniggers again.
