I began by following a wide tunnel that had water dripping from the
walls. In my claws I held a writing utensils and a sheet of parchment
to draw a map. I plodded along, drawing lines busily on the parchment.
I came across a small hole in the wall, and quickly ducked into it. I
followed the tunnel, keeping my head low so I would not get poked by
the sharp stalactites. I came to a cavern were the floor seemed to be
moving. Peering at the ground, I realized that it was snakes. When one
came to close to me, I calmly picked it up and broke its neck.
Examining the body, I identified it as a cobra. The other snakes had
now noticed me, and began to slide towards me, saying, "Sssssss,
Dinnersssssssss!" I quickly backed away. Running back the way I had
come, I blocked up the hole, leaving the snakes trapped inside. I
considered it a good place to put unwanted prisoners. I drew on the
map, and marked "Cobra pit". I drew little rocks to show that is was
blocked of. Looking at!
my map, I saw that I had nearly covered it with new caverns and
tunnels. Using the map I found my way back to the tavern. This is
Deathdagger, reporting in from the caverns.
