The ends of the cross tree are tipped with two adderfangs, and the sword itself is laced with poison. This skin, fangs, and posion all come from Asmodeus Poisonteeth, whom she slew, and now wears his last name. All beast obey Agryc, no matter how confusing her orders may be.
