1 Chaos Space Marine Captain...91 points
A Captain must lead a Black Legion army. He is a hardened veteran, using choice equipment and armour. Captains are feared individuals, for they are often extremely powerful individuals with many powerful allies. Leading their hordes against the Imperium, they are a menace to all thing decent and wholesome, as they are often blessed by their dark masters.

Wargear
A Captain may have up to 3 wargear cards. The Captain may be given additional equipment chosen from the Armour, Assault Weapons, Special Weapons and Grenades sections of the Wargear lists. The Captain may ride a bike (+20 points). If he wears terminator armour he may not ride a bike or take a juggernaut, steed or disc as a Chaos Reward.
Marks of Chaos and Chaos Rewards
The Captain may have one or more of the following Marks of Chaos:

If a Captain chooses the Mark of Tzeentch, he may be a psycher with a mastery level of 1-4. Each level costs 30 points.
A Captain may also choose Chaos Rewards, and when allocating them treat them as wargear cards in the way of filling wargear slots.
Strategy
A Captain has a Strategy Rating of 5, or 3+D3, the player may choose.
Special
The Captain is subject to ancient disgrace and rapid fire.
Any Black legionnaires within 12" of the Captain may use his leadership when taking any leadership based test.
0-1 Standard Bearer...55 points
The Black Legion army may include up to one Army Standard. He is a skilled and honoured warrior who carries the Black Legion standard into battle proudly.

Any Black legionnaires within 12" of the Standard Bearer may re-roll any leadership test they are forced to take. This re-roll may only be taken once.

Black legionnaires that had Psychic powers were trained to become Psykers. While most Psykers in the Black Legion are in fact from the Thousand Sons, there are Black Legion sorcerers who have studied the arcane arts themselves. Once in the service of the Black Legion, Psykers are classed according to their ability.

The Psyker may be given additional equipment chosen from the Assault, Armour, Special Weapons and Grenades sections of the Wargear list. The Psyker may ride a bike (+20 points). If the Psyker is wearing Terminator armour he may not ride a bike or take a Disc of Tzeentch as a Chaos reward.

Black Legion Psykers can't take the mark of Khorne.
Chaos Rewards are chosen in the same way as Wargear cards for each type of Psyker, with a Reward taking up one Wargear slot. You know the story...
Special
A Psyker is a lvl 1 psycher; a Psyker of the 1st Order is a lvl 2 psycher; a Psyker of the 2nd Order is a lvl 3 psycher; A Psyker of the High Order is a lvl 4 psycher. A Psyker must draw at least one power from the deck of the God of the mark he bears. Remaining spells are chosen from the Adeptus or Librarian decks.
A Psyker is subject to ancient disgrace and rapid fire.
