A Psychic Good Time! | ![]() |
Want to have some fun with your friends next time you get together? You can perform a small ESP experiment or two and find out who in your group gets to pick the next lottery numbers or other nonsense.
Actually, just have a few sheets of paper and a couple of envelopes for the group. Draw lots or something to see who the designated transmitter is for each experiment.
It is important thing to remember that for "group thinks" to be effective, everyone has to touch each other first. That may sound a bit odd but people bond by touching. Use handshakes or hugs or a simple touch to the arm but you will have better results if everyone bonds in advance. Prayer circles and such things as that will have people hold hands in a circle to form a bond. It works.
The person designated as the "transmitter" should go off and secretly decide what the subject of the experiment will be. It could be a picture, or a memory, or an object or some sort. If the object isn't available to put in the envelope just write about it. As long as the transmitter can focus, it doesn't matter how it gets the focus. The envelope is used only to verify the transmitter's subject at the end of the experiment.
The next item is to have everyone find a comfortable position and relax deeply. If you are just beginning this exploration you may do OK by talking to your guests about relaxing for this experiment but when you wish to become skilled in relaxation methods you may want to visit our Hypnosis section and brush up on ways to relax deeply. For now ask your guests to relax and envision a movie or TV screen in their mind.
The person designated as the transmitter should use the screen to place their vision of whatever it is they chose to transmit. All other guests should just sit back and let that picture fill the screen that they created. Let everyone concentrate for a couple of minutes.
After a couple of minutes of relaxation, have your guests write about the images received on their screen while relaxed. It is always interesting to see the answers. Some connections may not be apparent at first glance so it is always a good idea to setup a file folder for each session. You can go back later and study the results. Years from now you will be glad you did.
Have fun and write us with your results.
