Lt<jg> Epona O'Leary has been taken to sickbay. For most of the time she
remains unconscious. When she is awake she finds Cmdr Nova'Song and Dr.
T'Salek trying to talk to her. Epona is unable to remember anything about
her past, herself, or where she has been recently. But she knows she
dislikes being in sickbay.



LtCmdr Vymora Einicrox is in her office trying to find out how Epona could
disappear and reappear like that, and who might have hurt her. She fells
ashamed that, as Chief of Security and as Epona's friend she had not
prevented it from happening. Vymora vows to find out who had hurt Epona and
to bring the person to justice.



Epona finds herself awake in sickbay and again tries to piece together the
puzzle of her memories and dreams. She distrusts the people around her and
tries to find a way out of sickbay but realizes that she is imprisoned once
more.



LtCmdr Kallesin n'Galeda is doing his part to solve the Epona puzzle. As
Head of the Science Department he has access to all possible data. During a
senior staff meeting he explains to the captain and others that he does not
doubt Epona's identity, and which possibilities there are to help her.



Cmdr Nova'Song is on SB OMEGA facing the Psi-Department investigators. She
pushes aside her own annoyance at this interrogation to get them to help
Epona. Back on the HORIZON she talks to Epona who is angry about being kept
in sickbay. Nova'Song tells her about possible help from one of the
investigators but Epona resists the idea of another doctor messing with her
mind.
