Kovan insists Lt Hardin to surrender the Yeager pointing out that his
ship is stronger and better armed.  Hardin let Kovan believe they are
doing so but prepares a counter - attack.  When the Kourosan boarding
parties are beamed to the Yeager the Kourosan ship has to lower their
shield and this gives the Yeager the oportunity to target and hit the
Kourosan ship.

While most of the Kourosans are stunned and captured by the crew some
still resist.  Some of them are able to take Gavvarr, dr Hemux'
assistant,  hostage in Hemux his office.  While the bridge crew is
bussy keeping the Yeager out of hands of the Kourosans Hemux himself
rushes out to help his assistant.

While on route to his quarters he is attacked by 2 kourosans but with
the aide of Chief Rieyez, a Juun security office, the Kourosans are
quickly overtaken.  Gavarr was able to sneak away while the Kourosans
got themsleves bussy defending themselve from the Yeager security and
meets up with Hemux.

Taking advantage of the lowering of the shields of the Jormungand, the
Yeagers transporter chief Pok is able to beam Captain Fisher back to
the ship.   Fisher, still very furious about his imprisson,  gets some
weapons and attemps to join his crew back on the bridge.
