O'Connor ********************************************************* Fleet Executive Officer ~ Admiral Anna Karsten ********************************************************* *************************** Antelope Squadron Commander *************************** (currently vacant) *************************** *********** USS ARTEMIS *********** NO REPORT SUBMITTED/CURRENTLY DRY-DOCKED *************************** USS HAMILTON CO: Commander Judah Gibbons GM: Janet Gist *************************** Departure time has arrived and Jolie McCarter says a loving goodbye to CO Judah Gibbons before the general McCarter fairwell to CSO Mercedes McCarter. Perhaps with most of the McCarter clan gone the ship will be a slightly safer place to be? aCMO Lt Ian Rogers and FO Lt Miranda Sands both say hello to promotions at the all crew briefing on the flight deck. When his yeoman shows him a message notifying him of his promotion from Commander to Captain, Gibbons says to keep that under wraps for now to keep from stealing the others' thunder. At the dinner and discussion in the captain's quarters, LtCmdr Sands and CNS Logaan Woods are assigned the task of handling diplomatic relations during their new mission. CEO William Johnson and CSciO Jur Lehron are put in charge of the search for the downed vessel and technology assessment. CSO McCarter and FCO Tom Slater are given the task of making the initial contact with the marooned crew and developing a rescue plan. After handing out these assignments and granting CEO Johnson's request to analize the actual distress call, Gibbons dismisses all but Lt McCarter. After everyone else has exited, Judah removes his rank insignia and asks for Mercedes' help with his relationship with her sister. From his trepidation at her clinginess, Judah knows he isn't ready for as serious a relationship as Jolie seems to want and isn't sure he ever will be. Since Mercedes is one of two of the longest standing officers besides Judah himself, he feels closer to her than the new CNS and wants to use her as a sounding board and get her suggestions for how to deal with the situation. Mercedes promises to make herself available to listen when he wants to just talk and offer suggestions when he wants help. In the meanwhile, she recommends that he do whatever will make him happy and congratulates him on his promotion. When he asks in surprise how she found out about it (since it wasn't going to be announced until the next day), she just answers that she has her ways of finding out about things. ********* USS SAGAN ********* NO REPORT SUBMITTED/CURRENTLY DRY-DOCKED **************************** Beaver Squadron Commander **************************** Branch Admiral Cathal Aguiar **************************** ****************** USS HORIZON CO: Captain Tergin GM: Ruud Visser ****************** The Section 31 ship USS Infinity joins the battle and does some severe cutting down of the enemy numbers. On the Horizon, CMO Bill Patton hears they will return to their own timeline shortly. He can hardly they'll abandon the people from the timeline they're currently in, and rushes to the bridge to beg Captain Tergin not to leave. Most of all, Bill doesn't want to loose his wife, who's still alive in this timeline, a second time. Tergin denies his pleas and Bill is taken back to sickbay. When he wakes up again, he comes close to committing suicide. However, some telepathy from Q makes him realize his death would only bring more pain. Back on the bridge, Captain Diak tries to change FO Ayden's mind about re-entering the wormhole. However, his words don't have the desired effect. Bordak, who is actually from this timeline, joins his alter-ego (who belongs to the same time as the Horizon crew) on the Inifinity. When OPS Blaze Starsinger comes to terms with his feelings about his suicide mission and, effectively, returns from the death, the crew is ready to return to their own time. ****************** USS ATHENE ****************** NO REPORT SUBMITTED/CURRENTLY DRY-DOCKED ******************************** USS HERMES CO: Commander Michael J. Halifax GM: Grayham Tyler ******************************** Forcing Halifax(CO) off the JUGGERNAUGHT and beaming on to the USS MISSOURI, Agah(FO) and Peranzules, dealt with the situation of healing the CO and resuscitating the dead MISSOURI FO. While Malfoy the MISSOURI's CO inquired about dealing with Lt. Qoensal, who had killed the FO. to Halifax, he was stuck in a bio bed, but still managed to coordinate with some of his crew, that were on board the USS MISSOURI, to once again board the Jugganaught, and locate the remaining members and get them to back to the MISSOURI. Qoensal was given different orders, he was to locate and recover the missing HERMES ship. Mean while some of the crew were trying to locate their ship, the USS HERMES, Agah, using the MISSOURI scanners, had a good idea where the ship could be as it indicated as the last scans indicated that a Juggernaught shuttle was towing the ship to where they had located the MISSOURI. Back on the HERMES, Col. McKendrick was up to something, setting the stun level on the phaser to maximum, and making his way down to the brig, releasing the acting commanding officer, before giving him access to a load of weapons, they then made there way to the HERMES Bridge. What are they up to, find out next week on the USS HERMES. ************************** Condor Squadron Commander ************************** Branch Admiral Aleksi Kara ************************** ***************** DS101 CO: Captain Alyza GM: Don Ratliff ***************** On the Sphere: Foley, Roberts, and Speeder investigate a dilithium mine on the Sphere. Foley interrupts the rape and assault of a native woman, Nonac, in a hut near the mine. Shortly after this rescue, Foley sees a dozen of the Fischer's native forces enter the mine, heading deeper to the location of Roberts. After a short fire-fight, the Federation personnel are captured. Speeder manages to escape detection by hiding in the crannies of the mine. Speeder contact the other Rachet aboard the HIKARU, who informs Alyza of the Away Team's fate. Kersh, Dryden, and their Away Team are also taken prisoner. Htide, aka 'the One', is informed of the captures. Despite the fact that 'the One' is in charge, he leaves decision up to Fischer (the Instrument). On the THREE RIVERS: Doctor Poynton recovers from his broken leg in the Yawtagean Sickbay. He reviews scans taken of Lieutenant Fischer, before his defection to the sphere and discovers that Fischer's brainwave patterns have been overlayed by the brainwaves of the INSTRUMENT, now dead. Doctor Poynton proposes a Neural Polaric Induction to set the FO right again. There is only one problem, Fischer is currently unavailable for treatment. ************************** USS JOHN GLENN CO: Captain Richard Murphy ************************** NO REPORT SUBMITTED ********************************** USS NIGHTINGALE CO: Lieutenant-Commander Pol Canon GM: Mistie Smith ********************************** NO REPORT SUBMITTED ***************************************************************** Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report (by Cmdr Seth Forster) ***************************************************************** UPDATED SD 13.0615 Na'stiu and Juun relations continue to be tense without progress from assigned diplomatic teams. Activity has been reported in the Holack sector, despite the Veil's blockage of subspace communication. The USS HERMES has been sent to investigate. Reports of Talonid invasion into the Cocoon have been determined to be false. The USS JOHN GLENN has reportedly found debris from the destruction of the USS COCHRANE. Search for survivors continues, but none have been found at this time. ***************************************************** Amgine Sector and Andromeda Report (by Lt. Alac Nond) ***************************************************** OP 108 activity has begun increasing with the completion of the orbital docking platform. Construction has begun on several new ships at the newly contstructed shipyards there. In addition, the Andromeda wormhole has shown no signs of unusual behavior in recent months, causing a return of commerce to the area. Peaceful cooperation with races in the Amgine Sector continue to increase in the aftermath of the Noo'Ach Peace and Trade Conference. Terrorist attacks continue to plague Starfleet ships in the Andromeda Galaxy. Purist terrorist cells, devoted to ridding Andromeda of all Federation presence, have jeopardized the entrance of Trasior into the Federation. Negotiators on Trasior report that the Trasien council is considering withdrawing their application for membership, while various attacks and disappearances are being investigated both by Trasien Security and by Starfleet. ***************************************** Beyond the Portal (by LtCmdr. Eli Meyman) ***************************************** Recent troop movements along Cardassia's border with Breen space has sparked some interest in the Union's possible plans. With relations still cold from the war, no official inquiries have been made, and no investigation is planned. Betazoid Council chairman Beyard Mali and Alpha Centauran Council chairwoman Vhesha P'Nehbuddar have announced plans to begin a massive cultural exchange between their two peoples, including cultural centers on each of the two race's home planets. The cultural centers will be primarily devoted to exploration of similarities between the two cultures and will include expositions on the theoretical genetic links between Alpha Centaurans and Betazoids. Three suspected members of the Orion Syndicate were indicted today at a Federation Council hearing. Although the Orion Syndicate has been careful in the past to remain outside of Federation jurisdiction, the recent acceptance of Vermanda III into the UFP has expanded StarFleet presence into a previously unmoderated area, heavily used by Syndicate trafficking. StarFleet expects no retaliation, but also no more arrests, as the Syndicate has most likely changed their operations routes. ********************************************************** Contact: Don Ratliff, Fleet GM ratliff [at_symbol]tsixroads.com or fleetgm [at_symbol]yahoogroups.com **********************************************************
