Power Antelope Squadron: Commodore Judas Mendeleyev Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Comdr Mendeleyev has announced his retirement from the Cocoon fleet. This leaves Admiral Spires the task of finding a new Antelope SC. OUTPOST 108 More changes come to OP 108's senior staff as the crew says good bye to CSO Lt. Qoensal and as Lt. Cmdr. Julian Tifflor returns to the outpost to fill the open OPS position. Under the recommendation of Lt.Cmdr. Firekey, Captain Walsh suggests that Lt. J'eran completes CGT under their supervision. J'eran accepts, wondering if she is ready for it. She then learns that the parents of a child that has been in her care died in a shuttle crash. The child does not take the news well . USS ARTEMIS As some more of the crew goes to assist the away team, Paul calls Kate away from the bridge to the ready room and turns over the bridge to Springs. Away from tthe crew, the CO informs the CNS that he has a special mission. In case the Artemis team fails and the singularity drive critically fails, Kate is to be as far as she can away from the area with the ship's logs and history. So that the rest of the fleet might have some clue on how to stop the problem if it develops further. Foster sends Sovar to meet with OPS and the CEO down in the transporter room. Then tries to deal with Vorcash of the Kol'tha and the singularity problem. Vorcash naturally refuses to divulge any information on the rapidly failiing power core. Prefering instead to let the away team try to solve the problem on thier own. Ryan decides, rather than allow the aliens to roam freely and cause more trouble, they should be contained. After getting the detail started, Sovar, Mclure, and Atha arrive. Foster then has the Mclure begin searching for ship schematics, Atha to go help down in the alien ships engineering, and Sovar to begin a deck by deck search for any straggalers that might cause some trouble. Jessie makes her way over to an access terminal and begins to try an access the alien information network. After a few tries she manages to infiltrate the alien's computer systems and retrieve some data. Pulling some data up, she gives it to Foster, who finalizes his plans, leaves the OPS in charge of the alien bridge and heads down to engineering to meet up with Atha. Arriving in the alien engineering section, Foster moves to speak with the CEO about the alien core. Who indicats that she needs to be left alone to do her job. Ryan bites his tongue and holds back at the CEO's seemingly rude comment and indicates that he wants a report with in the hour. Meanwhile back on the bridge, Starks comes up with the idea that they could beam the alien core over to the D-warp shuttle and send it away to an area where it can do no harm. Unfortunately he discovers Kate is already on board and enroute to a safe destination. And on the same shuttle, Kate is contacted by aliens from with in the Kol'tha power core. Which it turns out happens to be a home for another group of aliens, who determine that they have about 4 hours left inwhich to stop the core from failing. Or the singularity aliens will parish to. Back on the Kol'tha vessel. Sovar and his team closes in on a fugitive. Sovar moves to capture his "prey" but instead is wounded by the scared alien. Sovar deals with the alien but determines he is unable to continue his search and must be beamed back to the Artemis for medical attention. On the bridge of the IVK Ontaria, Jessie discovers that the aliens are escaping by unlocking there cells. She details a security crew to stop the escape but is informed that the Kol'tha stop them before they can remotely secure the cells. She then decides to send a clean-up team while she handles the problem herself. Messign with the alien controls she produces some kind of action that apparently quells the escape, but is not to sure. Foster appearing on the bridge, sends Jessie down to assist Atha. while there he learns that a transmission was sent from the singularity to Kate, who informs Ryan that they have three hours to deactivate the core, Foster informs her that the Sivians have a lock on the core and they have two hours instead of three. Arriving down in engineering, Jessie learns that she needs Ryan's permission, mumbling to herself about the matter a security officer contacts Ryan and gets the permission. Jessie then meets up with Atha and discusses a last ditch plan to stop the singularity if it fails. She figures using a warp bubble generated by the Artemis might contain the explosion. Foster arriving down in engineering meets with Atha and Jessie. Informing them that they have to completely stop the destruction of the core as it is home to another alien race. To make matters worse still an unknown vessel decloaks near the Artemis USS SAGAN Currently Drydocked. Beaver Squadron: Commodore Antonio Vasquez USS HORIZON The diplomatic team returns to the ship, to find a series of explosions systematically destroying all key systems. The approaching ships finally arrive, however, they pose no immediate threat for the HORIZON, as they have to deal with an approaching fleet of stolen warships, coming from the surface. USS ATHENE. More of the plot to wipe out certain portions of the Ak'Tarie society is revealed to the captain, as well as a few suspicions about the current political standings of the Ak'Tarie aboard his ship. A way to detect the Pisarev creature is deduced, and more facts about the nature of the beast are uncovered. USS HERMES With the countdown displayed on all the transporter controls, the HERMES crew, if possible, winds even tighter. At just over two minutes left before the drill's climax, the shipboard officers perform their tasks with great accuracy and efficiency. Like clockwork, the preparations have been made for saving their crewmates on the "disabled" (the whole thing's actually a drill) shuttle and themselves from the impending shuttle core "breach". One final option CO Av'ern thinks of: that they use a deflector beam rather than a tractor beam to deflect as much of the "blast" as possible. This approach would greatly increase the likelyhood that they will survive the shuttle-core blast. The only difficulty this idea presents is that the deflector needs to be aimed with almost pin-point accuracy, so it will push the shuttle away instead of simply spinning it or causing it to break up and prematurely explode. SB OMEGA No report submitted. Condor Squadron: Commodore Tara Cadoriet USS COCHRANE Captain Banks orders to follow the shuttle that Nash has stolen from the ship, getting out of range with JP also onboard with him. When appraoching Earth, a barricade of SF security vessels block the path to the planet, so Banks jumps into a shuttle to dodge the fleet. Just as she is getting away one of the pursuing ship opens fire and blows the shuttle to pieces. Nash and JP turn up at the Donaldson Ranch. They are greeted by Angeline and Steve Donaldson. They receive a mixed welcome, from either party. Nash sits down and Tells the story so far to his remarried wife. Nash was fuming that Donaldson had been there to bring up *HIS* son. Next morning JP finds a note on the barn and splashings of blood all over, but no Child. They set out to find the assasin and call SF HQ for the USS COCHRANE to set up base at the Donalsdon ranch. Perry is informed by Admiral Hanswell that Banks body had been found on DS101. And ordered to set out for the ranch and wait for Nash, JP and Steve to come back. He gets his department heads to get ready for the shuttle journey, as well as a compliment of marines. DS 101 Alyza asks Gallic and Trax to help retrofit the HIKARU with some of their temporal technology. As this is going on, the Vulcan/ Bajoran Captain gets all her staff together preparing for the incomming alien ships. As the alien force looms onto the station, Lt. Anderson, comes up with the idea that these unknown forces could be of a race that he monitored whilst on a trip to the Andromeda galaxy with the USS GRYPHON. The race are the Heldren. He suggests that the lead ship be targeted, because as they swarm their prey the vessels are linked telepathically and lead from the front ship. The body of a Starfleet Captain called Julia banks is found on the station as the COCHRANE chases off past the asteroid field, after NASH. USS CURIE No Report Submitted. Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report: by Cmdr. Ilu A ceasefire exists between the Federation and the Na'Chem. The Juun have made no official comment. Several oficials sacked from the Juun government following the exposure of genocide committed against the Na'Chem by the Juun have attempted to lure the Federation into a war with the Na'Chem. Starfleet is investigating these allegations of Genocide against the Na'Chem heavily which may threaten the Juun's position in the Federation. Starfleet Intelligence Officers are on the scene and investigating the reports of Romulan influence in the matter. A small number of Na'Chem factions are refusing to acknowledge the ceasefire. Calling themselves the Na'stiu, they continue raids against the Juun. An area of space being dubbed the 'Bermuda Triangle' has left Several Starfleet vessels missing. A ship has been sent to investigate. Amgine Sector Report: by Lt. Serin Erl Deep Space 101 has returned to it's previous location. The exact circumstances of it's disappearance have been divulged to Cocoon Fleet Headquarters. On the outer sector of Outpost 108's scanners a brand new, what seems to be wormhole has been discovered. From initial reports the wormhole leads to the Andromeda Galaxy, the closest galaxy to our own. The USS CURIE has returned from the far end of the Cocoon. A new HAWKING class ship has arrived to replace the aging FEYNMAN. Beyond the Portal: by Lt. Michael Walters The Klingon Empire has established a Ceasefire with the Federation following the exposure of a conspiracy between the Klingon Houses in the former Occupied zone and the Cardassian Union. Peace Negotiations are proceeding slowly on Khitomer, several of the Federation's top ambassadors have been sent and recent reports say that the Negotiations are nearing an end. Fleet yards across the Federation are putting in extra effort to bring the fleets numbers back up to what they were before the war. What Starfleet lacks now is the personnel to staff those ships. Federation fleets are regrouping and rebuilding following the recent war. The eighth fleet, sixth and third fleets are the only fleets so far to regain their numbers to what they were before the war. The wormhole at DS 12 has finally sufficiently stabilized for traffic to resume to the Gamma Quadrant. Respectfully Submitted, Sean McDonagh Fleet GM for Holoworld
