COCOON FLEET SITUATION REPORT SD: 11.0511 ******* Antelope Squadron: Commodore Tara Cadoriet --- *** USS ATHENE Against all expectations the crew of the ATHENE arrive back at SB Omega onboard the Sagan to find a new Tryfan class Athene waiting for them. Many of the crew are still recovering both physically and psychologically from the crash of the last Athene but as the crew welcomes a new Terraforming Officer they know that the Athene's next mission is not far away. *** USS YEAGER The USS YEAGER has safely dealt with the invading Domnion of Force and Labor and their Asteroid weaponry. As well as saving the nearby planet. Four of the telepathic enemies have been captured, their fighter technology observed & scavenged and a message sent into their system declaring the Federation's directives and hopes for peace. Concern runs high among Dr. Saywer and Ensign Trask as Counselor Kqrin recovers in sick bay after the 23 Alpha - a procedure she was unfamilar with, in which adavnace flight tactics require code confirmation one is not the ememy. Both her synbiont and herself had narrow escapes from shock trauma. Things are wrapping up as the crew prepares to head back to give a briefing and delivery their charges to Starfleet Security. ****** Beaver Squadron: Commodore Lowen Punn --- *** USS HORIZON The Horizon's second officer and acting first officer Jason Munro has been captured by the Brooklyn Mafia. The rest of the away team meet up near the timeship in central park to discuss what to do both about the cloaked ship and the missing Munro. Meanwhile, in space the Runabout Bluesky with the FCO and CsciO comes under fire from missiles and particle beams fired from the surface. apparently they have been discovered by the government who, fearing the return of Khan fired first and asked questions later. The ship crashes in the midwest near a farm which houses what appears to be an old Starfleet transport pattern enhancer. Unable to contact the Horizon the two officers appear to be in a sticky situation as the government's recovery team closes in on them. *** USS KATANA The KATANA paused long enough in her journey towards Elik Mosarra's lair, to take on her new FCO. Charles London reported to the Captain, and then began to settle in before the upcoming battle. Meanwhile a childhood memory of Dr. Bra'an became the focal point of the planning to get passed Mosarra's defenses. From her memory she was able to provide information that Krwn will use to attempt to by pass the high energy tractor beams that Mosarra employs. Dr. Bra'an also came up with an interesting idea on how to infiltrate the base, which she presented to Lt. Rickson in her classic blunt manner. *** USS PHOENIX The first of a series of training exercises before the mission against the Dominion takes place begins. The crew is taken by surprise as Captain Astra organizes the marines to attack all vital stations at once. Cmdr. Hiraus Galen, Lt. Jenna Divan, and Lt(jg) T'Orn transport safely to the Battle Bridge, to wage a retaliation, but the rest of the senior staff is scattered around the rest of the PHOENIX. Lt. Reetaw'agah takes her staff through the Jeffries Tubes, leaving holographic diversions in their place. A small team comprised of Lt. Cmdr. Simons and Lt. O'brady successfully retake Engineering, though not without some losses. Lt. Cmdr. Bondy, taking action into his own hands, moves to gain swift control of the bridge. ****** Condor Squadron: Commodore Wynton Spires --- OUTPOST 108 No report submitted. *** USS COCHRANE Docked at Starbase Omega and currently taking on crew. *** DS 101 No report submitted. *** USS CURIE As Z'Dark, Riley, and the CURIE's new, Etyri CSO, Mara'Ooarks head into the Romulan sector in the FIRST BLOOD, Kelen has 'awoken' to find himself in a Romulan mental hospital, where he has been instructed to destroy his 'simulated' colleagues. ******* Viper Squadron: Commodore Davis Dal Starian --- USS DURHAM After coming aboard the Viper squadron ship, the new FO boris Pisarev holds interviews with the crew. The Durham is currently taking on crew. *** USS IBUTHO The USS IBUTHO has taken on crew and been ordered to the Renrael Sector to escort the USS LA PAZ to a scientific facility. The ship was ambushed and damaged, although they were able to make repairs and continue on their way. *** USS KRIEGER No report submitted. *** USS ZAHAL No report submitted. ****** Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report: by Cmdr. Ilu A ceasefire exists between the Federation and the Na'Chem. The Juun have made no official comment. Several Officials sacked from the Juun government following the exposure of genocide committed against the Na'Chem by the Juun have attempted to lure the Federation into a war with the Na'Chem. Starfleet is investigating these allegations of Genocide against the Na'Chem heavily which may threaten the Juun's position in the Federation. Starfleet Intelligence Officers are on the scene and investigating the reports of Romulan influence in the matter. A small number of Na'Chem factions are refusing to acknowledge the ceasefire. Calling themselves the Na'stiu, they continue raids against the Juun. An area of space being dubbed the ‘Bermuda Triangle' has left Several Starfleet vessels missing. A ship has been sent to investigate. Amgine Sector Report: by Lt. Serin Erl Deep Space 101 has returned to it's previous location. The exact circumstances of it's disappearance have been divulged to Cocoon Fleet Headquarters. Outpost 108's construction proceeds on schedule, it's support vessel however has left on a joint mission with the Klingon vessel "Kahless' Blood". The USS CURIE has returned from the far end of the Cocoon. A new HAWKING class ship has arrived to replace the aging FEYNMAN. Beyond the Portal: by Lt. Michael Walters The Klingon Empire has established a Ceasefire with the Federation following the exposure of a conspiracy between the Klingon Houses in the former Occupied zone and the Cardassian Union. Peace Negotiations are proceeding slowly on Khitomer, several of the Federation's top ambassadors have been sent and recent reports say that the Negotiations are nearing an end. Fleet yards across the Federation are putting in extra effort to bring the fleets numbers back up to what they were before the war. What Starfleet lacks now is the personnel to staff those ships. Federation fleets are regrouping and rebuilding following the recent war. The eighth fleet, sixth and third fleets are the only fleets so far to regain their numbers to what they were before the war. The wormhole at DS 12 has finally sufficiently stabilized for traffic to resume to the Gamma Quadrant. Respectfully Submitted, Tom Doyle, Fleet GM for Holoworld
