the Cool Stuff

the Castlevania Dungeon A site about the history of Castlevania.

Shinigami Un site francophone sur Duo!! (It's a French site dedicated to Duo "Shinigami" Maxwell!)

the Music of Chris Tilton Tilton writes cool orchestral music that sounds like RPG music. He offers both MIDIs and MPEG3s. (For the latter you will need to get the Winamp MPEG3 player.) Although I don't like classical music all that much, after listening to some of his pieces I had the urge to link it to my site.

Red Waltz Here you can find scans from manga, mp3s, links to the sitemaster's other sites (including one to Leon D.S. Geeste from Star Ocean, yay!) and more!

FRACTINT Fractals are mathematical graphs of complex iterated systems exhibiting chaos and cyclic acitivity. In plain English, fractals are psychadelic thingamajiggies.

Jim Breen's Japanese-English Dictionary Server Even has a kanji look-up using the radicals.

Dandelionbrown.net Mollie's website. It's under construction for now, but check it out anyway. What, you don't know Mollie? Then go find out!

Anime Fanartists Online A Yahoo! Groups mailing list for anime fanartists, moderated by Crissy. A great and very active ML!

Crimson Sky Creations The website of the above-mentioned AFO moderator Crissy! It's got tons of fanart, dress designs, original art, Sailor Moon stuff...oh, just go there!

Sev Trek: a Cartoon Satire A funny parody of Star Trek.

Animated GIF Resources

Lynda's Introduction to Animated GIFs From Lynda Weinman, best-selling author on Web color.

GIF Construction Set One of the best animated GIF makers for Windows, lets you make global changes to GIF control statements. It has its pros and cons compared to GIF Movie Gear.

GIF Movie Gear What's so good about this program is that it shows you all frames of an animation side by side, like on a movie reel. Downside is that if you want to make changes to all frames, you usually have to do it frame by frame.

Web Browsers

Internet Explorer Say what you will about Microsoft's unfair business practices, Internet Explorer is fine by me.

Netscape Navigator Some websites look better with this one (but mine is better with Explorer) ha, ha!

NCSA Mosaic My third favorite browser. Starting to become somewhat of an antique because they haven't made a new version since 1996, it doesn't support frames or JavaScript, but it still kicks.

WebWhacker Hyped as being a "lightning-fast" browser, I haven't been able to try it out because of a complicated installation routine.

Opera Hyped as being very fast, it has nothing to do with opera. I don't care for people singing the same stupid note.

ChiBrow A browser for kids. I don't like kids under age 7.

AXM Bowser The Web browser for dogs, comes with bark recognition software and hardware!
