Can't Get Any Dumber - Target character and Mike may not use cards with an Intellect icon for remainder of battle.
Commercial Channel - Acts as a level 7 Any-Power attack.  May be used to attack or defend.  May not be combined with Universe Cards.

Household Appliance (OPD) - Mike may not be attacked for remainder of battle
Mindless Dribble - Acts as a level 5 Fighting attack.  May not be defended by a special card.
Only $9999.99 (OPD) - Acts as a level 9 Energy, Strength, Fighting or Intellect attack.  Mike may not attack for remainder of battle.
Re-Run (OPD) - Play during battle after Mike is KO'd.  Discard Re-Run to resurrect Mike.  Mike is placed in reserve until end of battle.  Play as normal.
Won't Shut Off - Play during battle.  In the battle that Mike is KO'd, Mike may continue to fight and is not discarded until the end of the battle.
