The Brood,
as far as fighting goes have the MIB pinned against the wall, plain and
simple. Too many legs per being, razor-sharp teeth, huge nails and
a killer instinct make the Brood a superior fighting unit as compared to
a single human. Also, the phrase "power in numbers" comes into play.
26 letters of the alphabet and 26 MIB agents against an army of aliens
doesn't look to good.
The MIB have two cards still to play though: they are smarter than the Brood and they have REALLY powerful energy weapons, whereas the Brood have no weapons and, although they are smarter than they look, are really no match for the MIB in that department. If the MIB can come up with a decent plan and can keep the bugs at a safe distance, they'll have a fighting chance.
What this one boils down to is brute force against intelligence. Again, if the MIB can come up with a decent plan, they'll have a good chance at wiping out the bugs. However, if they slip up once, the Brood will overtake them easily.
My call: The Brood
