These photo's were taken from 1989 - 1994. I moved to Miami to work at Miami Air Traffic Control Tower as an Air Traffic Assistant. Miami was a wonderful place to live and play, and will always be one of my favorite places on earth.
My floating home can be seen on the cover of Newsweek Magazine, its the second boat on the left. Its the brown and beige two story floating home.
This view is from the Miami Air Traffic Control Tower looking over the airport towards downtown Miami and the Biscayne Bay.
Above you can see a freighter being towed out to the Atlantic towards downtown Miami on the Miami River, and yes that is "Nessie" the Loch Ness Monster trailing it!
Phillip Michael Thomas formerly of Miami Vice fame was a lead character in 8 made for TV movies that were filmed on my boat in 1991. The movies were marketed for European audiences and were directed by Enzo Casilari who also directed Bronx Warriors and other movies such as Scaramouche.
