DEADSHOT is a complex and neurotic individual. He is a deadly marksman, but has his own code of "honour" in combat. He is a loving father and deadly assassin. He is a founding memeber of the SUICIDE SQUAD
Powers: 1) Heightened Agility A B +11 2) Heightened Expertise (x2) +4 to hit with ranged weapons, +9 with his wrist guns 6) Special Weapons - Wrist Guns with Eye Scope: + 6 to hit, 2d6 damage per attack. He regularly makes double attacks with his wrist guns when attacking. Each gun has enough ammo for 12 bursts (24 total).
a) IR Telescopic Targetting sight in his facemask allows him to see at night and track by thermal "footprints"...he cuts ranges by 1/10 for the purposes of range modifiers and sight.
b) Silencers: Both his wrist guns are equipped with advanced silencers and flash suppressors. A Detect Hidden check is required to spot him when attacking from cover.
c) Killing attack: He can at any time declare a killing attack which is a specila attack to hit. On a success where the target takes damage to their Hit Points they must immediately sv.vs. Death Touch (see V&V Rule Book).
7) Weakness - Psychosis: Floyd Lawton is riddled with neuroses.
a) Fair fighter: If he thinks he is mismatched with a weaker opponent he will "handicap" himself (Turn off his targetting scope, never use double attack, never evade)
b) Death wish: He frequently uses his 'killing attack' on tougher opponents to try to get them to kill him.
c) Trick shots: Almost every attack he makes will be a special attack (trick shot) for a limb, object, etc to demonsrate how talented he is to his opponents.
