Illian

Illian is the capital city of the nation Illian. It is ruled by the Council of Nine, with one being the King. Sammael had been the King before Rand found out, but he was killed and Rand was offered the Laurel Crown, which he renamed the Crown of Swords. Illian has very bad relations with Tear, which has caused problems in Rand's army before.
