Pretty much the only command the average ork will use at the Statue of Grummsh is the "sacrifice" command.  "statuehelp" and "sacrifice help" are commands that are available for de really dumb members of the race.  However, Warlords of the tribes also have access to the commands "total" and "costs".  The "total" command allows the Warlord to see how many points his tribe has.  The "costs" command allows the Warlord to see how much average upgrades cost in points, and also descriptions of what those upgrades may include.

This is the Statue of Grummsh One-Eye.  The likeness stands here wielding a huge two-handed spear and wearing black plate mail, looking at you with one central eye.  You can see, dangling from his belt the scalps of elves, both drow and surface.  

You may sacrifice things to the statue that are in your inventory.  Sacrificing things gets your tribe more favor to Grummsh and he may grant the clan what the they want.

Grummsh is God of Orks.  Before all others, you loyal to Grummsh.  Grummsh is where you sacrifice scalps for tribez.  De value of the scalp is converted into credit, which later be 'spent' to buy improvements for you tribe.  Some scalps be worth more dan others scalps.  Scalps of dem pointy eared elves and dem pointy eared underground cousins (drow) be worth 3 points a piece.  Dem bearded bums dat be dwarves, dem wanna-be elves de golbins, and dem stinkin' half-elf mixies, der scalps be worth 2 points a piece.  All others scalps only worth 1 point a piece.  And don't be thinkin' bout scalpin' you fellow trolls and orks, dey not worth nothin'...besides...we try to kill you if we find out.  You need be holding a dagger or knife to get a scalps.  By de way, de bestest way to scalp is to make it an alias when you xping.  You can make it happen when you go to get dem shiny coins and gems...try this: alias xx hold hands;hold dagger in right hand;get coins and gems from corpses;get scalp from corpses;hold <weapon you are using>   Don't forget to bury de corpse when you done...
