If you have ever read the book, The Truce at Bakura written by Kathy Tyers, you have heard about the Ssi-ruuk. If you have yet to read this book, please allow me to explain to you the Ssi-ruuk. They are a reptilian species, whom directly after the death of the Emperor, led an assault on Bakura, an Imperial world on the borders of the known galaxy. The Ssi-ruuk had a strong compliment of cruisers, picket ships and most notibly 1,000 battle droids powered by human life forces.
