First of all I would like to congratulate all the webmasters whose pages have been given my A-9 Award of Vigilance, it is a very hard title to win. The pages that have won this award have recieved it because their ideas were very original and/or interesting, they had unique and visually appealing graphics, and they had few HTML errors. I also would like to apologize for not awarding all pages with this award, after all it is an award, and what good would it be if all pages had it.
