The Plains

You follow after Gold Splash, walking beside the mare SilverLeaf. The stallion disappears into a dip in the plains from view. When you finally crest the small hill you spy him standing below with another Asrire. This one is a brilliantly colored mare. Her mane and tail are a icy blue. Markings on her cheek and stomach, as well as the sock on her left front leg are the same color. The basic coloring of her body is lavender, but she also has fiery orange red markings across her muzzle, down her back, and on her right front leg.

Gold Splash watches as you and SilverLeaf walk down the hill and whinnies a greeting. Evidently his temper has improved in the short time he's been away from your presence. Soon you're close enough to speak without shouting. The multicolored mare studies you warily. You suspect that she would have leveled her horn at your chest had you not been with SilverLeaf. You're suddenly glad of the green mares presence.

Gold Splash introduces the mare. "Spectrum Opposites, second mare of the Golden Glory Tarsuinn. My Tarsuinn." The last bit is said with a definite feeling of pride."We're the second in realm Asrire Tarsuinn. The king, Midnight Sun, is the head of the first." The stallion continues.

"We consider it quite an honor to be allowed to settle here." Adds SilverLeaf. "Nice to be able to settle in the first realm in which we found peace.." You notice that all three Asrire become somewhat quiet and uncomfortable with that remark. The green mare continues on without allowing you a chance to comment. "Not to mention it's nice not to be split up." A grin crosses her features at this.

This finally draws a positive reaction from Spectrum. She bumps the other mare's shoulder lightly with her own, a gesture of friendship. "Well after all we've been through it'd be a shame to split such a team up!"

"You've been together... long?" You finally offer in an effort to continue the conversation. Spectrum blinks at you as if she'd somehow managed to forget you're there.

"We met up as foals in the shadow realm." Answers Gold solemnly. Apparently he doesn't wish to speak of the circumstance that brought them together, he simply skips over it. "We lived together, fought together, and finally won our way free together. I'd not let a pack of Daunintu separate us!" The last is said fiercely, as if the said enemies were standing before him at this very moment.

"The blue one and the King allowed us to stay here, together." Says SilverLeaf simply. That statement is obviously intended to end conversation on that subject. It's plainly an uncomfortable topic with the colorful unicorns.

"So are there others in this Tarsuinn?" You inquire, hoping it will get the conversation back on track. You wonder who this 'blue one' is, but you're not about to ask.

SilverLeaf shakes her head. "No, although I imagine more will join in the future..After all, the purpose of this Tarsuinn is to allow Web Wanderers to foster our foals, with permission. More mares, perhaps another stallion... " She trails off suggestively, glancing at Gold Splash.

The stallions snorts, a sort of noncommittal noise. Apparently the stallion isn't willing to share his mares with another just yet.

After that the conversation goes down hill. After a few moments of uncomfortable small talk you beg your leave, saying a polite farewell before
continuing on your journey through the plains of the realm.
