Power

In his Angelic Form this Blue Fire Raveen can not only heal, like all those with an Angelic Form, but he has his own special set of powers.

Blue flames - sends several waves of blue fire crashing down upon a target, or group of targets. These flames will not only burn those in their path, but they will also shock their bodies by following the extreme heat with extreme cold. This will cause the targets to become highly disoriented.

Inner fire - allows the user to choose one target and have that target burn from the inside out, thus killing it most painfully.

Wall of flame - allows user to summon an instant wall of blue flame which will block one attack, no matter what kind, but can only be used once everytime the Angelic Form is taken.

Frosted - allows user to create orbs of ice which can be thrown at a target. These orbs will cause the target, when hit, to be frozen for as long as the user desires.

Flame dance - fire, both blue and red, covers as much of an area as the user desires. All non-allies caught within the area of the flames will either suffer a world of pain, or be killed, depending on what the user desires.

Notes

He can Soul-read. Around his neck is a golden collar of sorts which holds three green gems, they have always been just for decoration. He has perfect night vision. His elemental mutation lies in the blue flames over the upper part of his wings - these flames can be quite deadly, and instead of giving off heat they give off cold. If a non-ally were to touch these flames they'd either be covered instantly in a thick layer of ice, or be momentarily paralyzed. Paralysis would only last a couple of minutes, whereas the ice would last as long as this Raveen desires.

Special Note

When a CotO is in their Angelic, or Demon, Form they cannot be hurt by those without such a Form. However they can only stay like this for a max of fifteen minutes every 24hrs. Do note that demons are considered a 'Demon Form', so they can cause harm to your CotO. Angelic or Demon Forms cannot be stolen by power-stealers, as they are not a Power that others can gain. Also note that the powers your Kat currently has in their Angelic, or Demon Form, are just the powers they first received (as in, they could eventually upgrade their Forms). Powers do not need to be spoken to be activated.
