Top Story: Washington police are currently searching for the man believed to be responsible for the murders of several young women in the area. Last evening, witnesses at Holy Mother Hospital in Cairo Junction described a man dressed in all black and a hockey mask responsible for an attack on Heather Moore, an SIUW pre-med student working as an intern at Holy Mother. The masked man fled the scene with Moore, but later a man fitting his general build and height checked into a hotel with her in Future City. Her body was found just hours ago in an alley in Future City. She had been decapitated, and had a massive chest wound.
Police now suspect that this man may have been responsible for the death of Meagan Sullivan, an SIUW pre-law student and member of Delta Delta Delta social sorority found beaten to death in a dumpster several weeks ago. He may also be responsible for the deaths of several male SIUW students in a hotel 2 weeks ago, and is suspected in the disappearance of Larry Bright (security guard at Rosewood Estates), the attack on Vicki Gregg (varsity cheerleader at Calais-Davis High School and resident of Rosewood Estates), and the death of Justin Carter (varsity quarterback at Calais-Davis High School) last Friday in Calais.
The offender is described as a young man in his late teens or early 20s, about 5' 7", with a medium build. Witnesses at the Future City hotel have helped police to come up with this sketch of the culprit:
While the offender is not known to be armed, he is to be considered highly dangerous. Any persons having any information on this or any of his other crimes should call their local police station as soon as possible.
