February 5

The Kindred of the city once again met at the Student Center. A few new arrivals attended, but several of them left shortly thereafter. The evening was relatively uneventful, but there was some concern over the whereabouts of Dean Adams (Ventrue Primogen). He did not meet with Ophelia early in the evening, as was planned, and later in the evening, his office on campus was found ransacked. Some of the Kindred of the city investigated the matter, but have no solid conclusions at the present time.

February 12

The Kindred of the city met for a primogen meeting, in a small house in unaligned territory. The majority of the business focussed on the investigation made by Sean (Brujah neonate) and Emmy into the disappearance of Dean Adams. As a result of violating the 2nd tradition (domain), Sean was sentenced to the Final Death. Emmy's punishment is to be decided at a later date. Sean's punishment was to be carried out by Dean Adams, by order of the Prince.
Accusations against Runyon Poe (Tremere Primogen) about a believed breach of the Masquerade, occurring when Mia attempted to escape, were brought forward, discussed, and dropped. Other business involved the choosing of Chief Harpy. This position was given to Sigrid Olafsson (Nosferatu), on the recommendation of Ophelia Selby, seconded by Dean Adams. The possibilities of filling other positions were discussed, with Ophelia being nominated for the position of Keeper of Elysium by Dean Adams, but she declined the nomination.

February 19

The Kindred of the city met at the Student Center. The Rev. Malachai Jenkins (Caitiff neonate) invited all to attend his sermon. It was fairly well attended, but some of the more prominent Kindred were not in attendance. After the meeting, Cesar (Assamite) destroyed Emmy, as a result of a contract that Dean Adams had ordered to be completed later. The Primogen met to be informed of this issue, and chose to vote on candidates for Seneschal and Keeper of Elysium. Many names were put forward for both positions, but the end results were Skyler Song for Seneschal and Oliver Rida (newly arrived Tremere) for Keeper of Elysium. During the course of the meeting, both Jack and Dean Adams left. Additionally, there was some trouble with a rather confused Malkavian neonate, Elana, who attempted to escape and tell everyone about the "freaks."

February 26

Several coteries met at different locations. Later in the evening, the Prince called a closed Primogen meeting. All of the primogen were in attendance except Dr. Tuttle. The Prince informed the Primogen that they did not have the power to select a Seneschal or Keeper of Elysium, as those were his powers (see Max's speech). As a result, Skyler Song and Oliver Rida are not, and technically were never, members of the court. Additional matters discussed were the destruction of Emmy, the problems with Elana, and the questions of the status of Cesar.
