Family Reunion
Disclaimer: I don't own them, I wish I did but they all belong to the evil Joss! The only people I do own are Angel's family, but you can borrow them if you ask first.
Chapter Three
Angel's Loft
Angel opened the door to his home. It had been a short walk to his place, seeing as though he lived so close to The
Bronze."Children, you've finally returned." a voice floated into the front hallway.
The owner of the voice was a beautiful woman in her late thirties or early forties. She was obviously Angel's mother because she looked like both Angel and Tara. She had brown black hair like Angel and Shani, and blue eyes like Tara and Shani. She smiled warmly at Buffy who was holding hands with her son.
"You must be the Slayer, Buffy, no?" she asked. "I am Katheryn, Angelus' mother. We have heard much about you from Angelus." she continued as she rushed them into the living room, not noticing Angel's blush.
"Mother, it's Angel, not Angelus!" Angel said before his mother, embarrassed, using a voice similar to the one used by Xander when talking to his own mother.
Buffy, laughing at her boyfriend's tone, turned to the mother of her beloved. "What did he say Mrs.... " Buffy trailed off. "I just realized something I don't know your last name!"
"Boyle," came a deep voice from behind the group, matted with a thick Irish accent. "Our last name is Boyle." said a man in his early forties with red hair like Tara. "I'm Jonathan Boyle, Angelus, I mean Angel's father," Mr. Boyle continued as he sat next to his wife.
"And I am Evan," said another voice. The eldest." Evan had thick reddish brown hair, which looked like Willow's, and he had his mother's blue eyes. (In other word he's a total hottie, but Angel is cuter, and Buffy isn't interested in Evan and she will not be in any point of the story.)
"What is it with your family and lurking, Dead Boy?" Xander asked as soon as everyone recovered from the shock of Evan sneaking up on them.
"Don't call me Dead Boy," Angel said annoyed at the same time Evan said, "I don't lurk."
Both brothers frowned at Xander, who shifted uncomfortably under their fierce glares.
"Excuse me," broke in Oz. "I enjoy Xander fearing for his life more than anyone, but could you please tell us how come you're not dead?"
I hope you have an open mind because what we're going to tell you is very hard to believe," Shani spoke for the first time since they had came to Angel's home.
"Hello, oblivious much? Like we live on the Hellmouth, nothing is hard for us to believe." Cordelia broke in rudely.
Shani just smiled and said, "I will start."
