This armor is manufactured exclusively for the elite High Guard of the Shogunate
Clan Yamori. It is essentially Medium
Ceramic Armor (AR 6, DX -1, 13 kg weight) with specialized electrostatic pads
which grant the wearer the equivalent of the "suckers" special ability. The electrostatic
pad requires a DPC, but the drain is negligable (1 DPC/20 years of use). Additionally,
the armor is laced with phase-resonant crystals, granting the wearer a degree
of protection against forceblades. Availability: 0 (and death penalty if
a High Guardsman catches you wearing it without right). Cost: 4M and up.
