Headspinz: |

When your starting off, you should learn how to do good headstands first. These aren't hard to do, just find your balance spot on your head. After you can do these with ease walking around should be a breeze. Learn how to "walk" around your head with your handz. Then, after you can do this well and walk around many times you should be able to srat walking faster. Only after you are able to do this should you attempt "spinnin". By now you should be able to walk so fast that you don't need your hands for balance anymore. If you just jump onto your head and try to spin you'll most likely hurt yourself like most people. Your body wieght isn't meant to be put onto your neck and then spun around so your better off building up strength in your neck first. Soon you will be able to spin fast enough only to "tap", and not walk.Tapping is when you push yourself a couple times per rotation. Eventualy you'll be able to tap only once per rotation or even less. After accomplishing this you'll be able to almost glide on your head. For most begginers it's easiest to balance yourself, then kick and before you fall almost "catch" yourself and push with you handz or tap, then keep kicking and tapping. If you can get good fast heapspins, almost everyone will be impressed. Later, you can add style into you headpins by the way you get into it, and through kicking and tapping. Make sure you spin how your most confortable, (clock wise, counter clock-wise) |
