KNIGHTS OF COLORS
The Aura
All magick and people associated with magick are surrounded by an aura of the magickal color used. This aura can be hidden at times but it is usually visible to mages and woven partners. Each Order has its own color affiliation melded to them after years of constant magick use.
The Order of Green uses mostly earth magick, not to say they can not use any other color, the preference was selected years ago and has carried on since.
The Order of Red uses magick of fire and heat, & in extreme cases, passion or very highly charged emotion has been known to trigger an energy level strong enough to power a user to work a spell of great magnitude.
The Order of Black. Perhaps the most misunderstood and feared of all Orders. By no means evil, the magick of Black, while can be associated with death, is vital in contacting the spirits and frequently the Elder Gods. Any Knight or Mage paired with a Knight of Black to work a spell can count on the spells intensity or distance to triple with the addition of the Black Magick.
The Knights of Purple have ever been guardians of the Royal Personage from the beginning of time. Charged with keeping the line safe down the years, the Knights of Purple have guarded their charges well, even at cost of life and limb. Known for their title of "Guardians of the Crown", the Knights of Purple guard the secret of their magick closely.
The Order of Blue uses water magick. Most Knights of this Order also have threads of SongMagick woven into their lives. Well learned in thought-travel, most Keeps are glad to have one or two Blues in residence as message sending is far easier to travel by thought than by land. And less chance of interceptance by outsiders. Mostly thought of as lower level magick users, the Blues are often forgotten. But their basic magick ability paired with SongMagick is a formidable weapon.
The Order of Grey has been associated with the Fey side since a Commander of long ago wed a Princess of the People. Their quest for neutrality in all matters is widely known. Neither "good" nor "bad" influences can corrupt these staunch Knights of Neutrality and because of this reputation most Knights of Grey hold Council positions in many towns since their fairness is legendary. Equality to all is the main focus of this Order.
The Order of White. The First Order created by the Gods. All Orders have their base roots in the Order of White as it is the sum of all colors. Known for purity and devotion the Knights of White is often fanatical in their pursuit of godliness. As with Black- if you can convince a White of your need and they agree to assist in the casting, because of it's mutability with all colors any spell sent with assistance of white is amplified in its intensity.
All Other Magick In Endaria is Used By Evil.
