   My Theory (or fact to me) On Heat and Cold....

Heat is a condensed amount of energy travelling at a very rapid pace.... this causes molecules in objects to move faster changing the structure of the substances...(object).. Your chakhra in your hand is the center of your palm, since the flow of energy is usually constant here... you can easier pick up a heated object.. with the palms.. even easier if you concentrate on your energy there and keep it flowing fast... your fingertips burn easier becuz the energy there is less active and also doesnt flow much.. so they burn quicker.... ever heard of Fire-Walkers? well this is how they do it, but with their feet... it may take time. practice with your energy.. Strange Sensations you feel throughout your body are energy movement.. if you rub your hands it builds energy and the faster the more condense it gets... im sure you heard of this to keep your hands warm??? this is how it is done........ Cold is condensed energy travelling at a very slow rate.. causes the molecules to take a slower form and solids them.... One way to Understand Sickness ------------------------------------------- Fevers are caused by your blood being thickened with viruses or anything... this causes friction to build up.. and thus heat.. (energy).... especially when your pulse rate is slow causes you to get hotter and hotter.... Medicine such as tylonel, loosens up the blood and helps it circulate, but because it is still thickened it travels at a slow rate making your tired, reducing the energy........ Exercise when you have a sickness (a virus, a cold) is still good, when your circulation speeds up it helps your blood to move to get to the virus..... and takein plenty of NATURAL Vitamin C not pills.. most pills nowadays are chemically created.. and not are all accurate... your body is all natural, and everything you intake.. add to its natural state.....each vitamin and mineral your body is made of this... thats why most meats do nothing but fill your stomach.... its protein, but it was added to a body form with other junk... natural protein, nuts.. even seafood.. doesnt contained all the other elements and adds to your protein. ......
