Special Agent Fox Mulder

Fox Mulder is indeed one of the most peculiar characters on The X-Files series. Played by David Duchovny, through out the season of shows, Mulder forms many anti-governmental ideas (some of which are later shown to be true) about the government, UFO's, and "greater powers" of the world. Mulder almost always maintains speculative on the possibilities of each individual case. This wild speculation must then be calmed by his partner, DANA SCULLY , (played by Gillian Anderson) adds her scientific vantage-point to the case at hand. Although she does not have a definite answer for everything, she helps Mulder "stay on Earth." As a child, (as he has come to believe) Mulder's sister was abducted by aliens. Ever since this traumatic event, he has been researching and studying UFO's and extraterrestrial life. Most of this research is done through his work in the FBI on a series of strange and unexplained cases filed under "X." He works on "X-Files." This everlasting passion and drive to find out what happened to his sister then leads him into many revelations and brick walls -all of which bring him closer to finding the truth.
