The Shrine of Concors Discors: TEXT

TEONACTL

1 chicken (cooked & cut up)
2 slices of bacon
2 to 3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 white onion (chopped)
2 to 3 zucchini squash (cut up)
1 can tomatoes (pureed)
1 can chicken broth
1 can Green Giant shoe peg corn
1.5 tsps Cumin
Black pepper and salt to taste
1 cup Chedder cheese (grated)
1 bag of Tostitos Brand tortilla chips
Pace picante' sauce

Cook bacon, add onion and garlic and saute'. Add squash, tomatoes, spices and chicken broth. Simmer until zucchini squash is barely tender. Add cut up chicken and corn. Serve hot in bowls topped with grated cheddar cheese, Tostitos tortilla chips and Pace picante' sauce. Like I said, TEONACTL is an Aztec word meaning God's Flesh. In this case, the god happens to be the zucchini. (Whoever heard of a chicken god?) Come to Communion and Praise the Gourd.
