Apparently, skinny-assed-hasbeen-wannabe-rockstars never die, they just lose their voice quicker. This, I realized after two nights of launching my song Haus Command on unsuspecting audiences during my 35th Anniversary Celebration Extravaganza in (hellishly hot) Dallas, Texas! Making a guest appearence with !DANCeReGINA! one night, and then with Triprocket the next, I had alot of fun mutilating my vocal chords, but by Sunday I was spent. It's sad really... I used to be able to scream all night and talk like Barry White the following morning. Use it or lose it seems apt in this instance. A special thanx to Kaila for making me feel extra special, and to Bobby R, Mattattack, and Mack Daddy C. Colton Colton for layin' it down skippy while I mined another dimension. Additional shout outs and gratitude for lighting guru Profesor Medfly, Sister Terabyte, Wattmaster Jesse James, and Lonsome Biker Dave for driving me to the shows. heh
Speaking of Lonsome Biker Dave... during my stay at the fabulous SBC Resort Hotel and Spa, hosted by Lonsome Biker Dave, Chef Tom Terrific, and guest DJ, the most.ill.one, Pope Gare, I was treated to great music, wild car chases, and gourmet meals including filet mignon on my birthday and even some Chickens From Hell. Being the workaholic I am (stop laughing... I SAID STOP LAUGHING!... sheesh), I spent a good portion of the week welding together and tweaking-out a new, official SBC Website while all good people were asleep and dreaming.
Special thanx to Amber Waves of Grain and Cyclopean Orm for being gracious hosts in their home. A sniff and a shake to Zeus, Hera, Darin, Maurice, and Sassa Young Ran Wei - elegant servants of the Uberdomina Prime. And an extra special thanx to Amber Waves of Grain for giving me the most beautiful gift anyone has ever given me. Your friendship. And the signed and numbered artwork is pretty damn cool too. >;{}>
Speaking of Cyclopean Orm... I am not kidding about this... there IS a Column Five! And aside from the fact that the artist assigned the job of illustrating the piece has been dragging his hooves, you WILL see it online very soon. Suffice to say... its spirit lingers near.
Well... since I have spent alot of time recapping the tips of my hooves with new steel, I have been too busy to add much to the site in the past few weeks. For now, I invite you to visit the SBC Website from my LINKS page and ask that you return here soon for more things read and seen...
