Comments

Steiner is somewhat dim witted at times, so I decided to give him an inherent ability that could help him out.
I wanted to reflect Steiner's protector mentality with his specials. Captain of the Knights of Pluto is a kind of cross between Onslaught's Cannon Folder and Leader's Twisted Mentality. Plus the redirecting card gives him some protecting cards. Magic Sword (a little help from Vivi) and Shock give Steiner some offensive punch.
