Comments

8 fighting because him, Ryu, and Akuma are the best fighters in their world. And 5 intellect mainly because I assumed his richness gave him a good education. So 22 points and a nice solid 8-fighter.
With his special cards, I first had his dragon punch as a 7 strength attack, but I wanted to make it different than Ryu's ('cuz in the game, they're very different). So I kind of had to make up his Dragon Punch. It reflects (or tries to reflect) how Ken's Dragon Punch is a multi-hitting move. And the rest of his special cards are normal enough.
