For Geri's video for her new single "Bag It Up" is remarkably similar to a risqué routine from Madonna's "Girlie Show" tour.
And it's not the first time Geri has gone from Spice Girl to Material Girl.
A series of lookalike poses and performances by Geri have shown she is either mad on Madonna or taking a leaf out of her style book.

She has worn duplicate outfits, made replica hand gestures and even copied kissing a dog (November '99) as Madonna did 5 years earlier in 1994.
She has mimicked Madonna's cigar smoking and worn the same crinkled hairstyle.
Sofar, she hasn't reached the points of wearing Jean-Paul Gaultier conical bras (Yet!!!), but some of her outfits have been pretty comical.

When Geri launched her solo career last year, she symbolically buried Ginger Spice in a pop video in which she played various roles including a Vamp, a Nun and a Virgin, and posed the question "Who is the real Geri Halliwell?"
Madonna had hits with "Like a Virgin" in 1984 and "Who's that Girl" in 1987.
Geri's second solo hit "Mi Chico Latino" could have easily been inspired by Madonna's own 1987 smash hit "La Isla Bonita".
Both singers have worn tight white trousers and black tops while on tour.

Madonna's stage act has included caressing her Breast and her crotch and showing off her well-toned biceps.
Geri did some breast fondling herself at the launch of her single "Lift Me Up" in November '99.
And she caressed her crotch and flaunted her biceps at Capital Radio's 1999 Party in the Park.

Madonna was photographed wearing her birthday suit long before she was famous for her singing, pictures were shown in 1985 editions of German Playboy & Penthouse magazines.
Geri also in a desperate bit for fame, posed for a spanish photographer in Majorca in 1991 aged 19.
At the time her job was dancing in a cage above the floor of the BCM nightclub in Magaluf-Majorca, Staff remember her dressing like Madonna in lacy gloves and sexy underwear over fishnet stockings.
