One of the civilizations destroyed by the Krenim time weapon ship. The Rilnar were one of the first civilizations destroyed by the weapon ship in an attempt to restore the Krenim Imperium. A miscalcuation, however, proved fatal for the Krenim. Erasing the Rilnar race resulted in the erasure of a critical antibody in the Krenim genome. A rare disease broke out within the Krenim colonies resulting in 50 million deaths in the first year alone. Presumably restored following the ships destruction.
